Employment Lawyer – Be at the Heart of Global Storytelling

We’re looking for a talented Employment Lawyer to join a global entertainment leader at a pivotal moment of growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping how employment law is applied across 20+ countries – advising on everything from contracts and grievances to international mobility, contributor welfare, and global M&A activity.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide commercial, pragmatic advice on UK and international employment issues
- Draft and negotiate contracts, consultancy agreements, and settlements
- Support global production teams and senior stakeholders on sensitive HR matters
- Deliver training across the business – from boardroom to set
- Help evolve policies in a way that reflects legal changes and cultural priorities
- Get involved in corporate projects and high-profile transactions
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ PQE (or thereabouts) in employment law
- Clear communicator with a commercial mindset
- Media/creative industry exposure is a bonus, but not essential
- Experience with international employment matters is a plus
- Comfortable working with pace, autonomy, and diverse stakeholders
