Galeta is seeking an exceptional and dynamic Fractional Marketing Lead to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to wield significant impact as a sole contributor, shaping our brand's future and driving direct-to-consumer growth.
While the role will be remote, it requires regular, essential visits to our London locations. What You'll Do:
- Optimise the Customer Journey: Take full ownership of our e-commerce platform, optimising the entire customer journey from discovery to conversion and retention.
- Drive Customer Acquisition: Lead, strategise, and manage all customer acquisition channels, with a primary focus on maximizing ROI through highly effective paid search and social media campaigns.
- Social and Trade Contact: Manage in-house social media content and social communities, and lead our presence at key trade shows, events, and press opportunities.
- Brand Guardianship: Serve as the ultimate guardian of the Galeta brand, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and excellence in all aspects of branding.
- Strategic Leadership: Sit on the leadership team, providing vital marketing insights, strategic direction, and a customer-centric perspective to influence overall business decisions and growth initiatives.

- Seasoned Marketing Professional: You possess extensive experience in digital marketing, e-commerce optimization, and performance marketing, ideally within the food, beverage, or consumer goods sectors.
- Strategic & Hands-On: You are equally adept at crafting high-level marketing strategies and executing them with precision as a sole contributor. You thrive in a lean, agile environment and are comfortable with the tactical demands of content creation and direct community engagement.
- E-commerce & Performance Expert: Proven track record of significantly improving e-commerce conversion rates and driving profitable customer acquisition through paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
