My client is currently working with an international bank who are looking for a Product Designer with strong UX capabilities and solid UI skills to join their team on a 6 month contract. You'll contribute to the design of critical customer journeys in the digital banking space, including:
- Sending payments
- Requesting payments
- Splitting payments
- Sending money to ATMs
- Scanning QR codes to pay
- Transferring between foreign currency accounts
Working under the guidance of a Senior UX Lead, you'll be responsible for shaping seamless, user-focused experiences that align with our design system and meet high usability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end user journeys and interfaces for mobile and web banking features
- Apply user-centered design principles to solve complex interaction problems
- Deliver high-fidelity UI designs using our existing design system
- Work closely with UX leads, product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, testing insights, and analytics
- Maintain consistency and accessibility across experiences
Requirements:
- Previous experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles
- Strong UX design process knowledge (research, IA, wireframing, prototyping, testing)
- Excellent UI design skills with attention to detail and system consistency
- Experience working with established design systems (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, agile teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in banking or fintech (payments-focused experience highly desirable)
