We are seeking a highly experienced AVEVA PI Consultant and Architect with a strong background in OT systems, industrial data integration, and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will lead and support end-to-end AVEVA PI System implementations, ensuring seamless integration within complex industrial environments. The candidate will come with over 12 years of overall experience.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of AVEVA PI System solutions across manufacturing and industrial environments.
- Drive end-to-end implementation projects, including system requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Provide expert-level guidance on PI System components such as PI Server, PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, and PI Interfaces/Connectors.
- Integrate AVEVA PI with diverse OT systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS, PLCs, MES) and enterprise IT platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PI implementation with business and operational objectives.
- Define data models, tagging structures, and analytics frameworks within PI AF to support advanced visualization and reporting.
- Perform system health checks, performance tuning, and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
