Working in partnership with Sodexo, we are now seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Catering & Hospitality Supervisor to help us deliver exceptional service in line with our ethos.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in high-quality hospitality environments, with hands-on supervisory experience. You’ll need to be proactive, professional, and fully confident managing teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
As the face of our catering and hospitality service, you’ll lead the front-of-house team in delivering a warm, polished, and efficient experience every day—from busy breakfast service to prestigious formal events.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and managing Events
- Supervise all front-of-house catering and hospitality activity, ensuring standards of service are consistently high.
- Lead and manage a team of front-line staff, overseeing daily scheduling, training, and performance.
- Take ownership of breakfast service (Monday–Friday), ensuring smooth delivery and quality presentation.
- Act as Allergen Champion, ensuring safe and clear communication of allergens at lunch service.
- Liaise closely with the kitchen and management teams to deliver both routine and bespoke events.
- Ensure all FOH marketing, menus, and signage are in place and updated daily.
- Manage stock levels, placing orders through the Head Chef and maintaining supply for both daily service and hospitality functions.
- Take responsibility for maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional dining environment at all times.
- Support with event preparation, including equipment, décor, layout, and staffing.
- Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring all training and compliance documentation is up to date.
- Be prepared to provide hands-on service support during busy periods, special events, and school holidays.
This role requires someone with substantial experience in a supervisory capacity within the hospitality or catering industry. You must be confident managing people, upholding standards, and delivering service that exceeds expectations.
