About Them: They are a global business development and B2B marketing agency. They help agencies and B2B businesses start, nurture and convert at every stage of the funnel. They have been helping businesses create content that lands, execute events worth giving your time up for, and generating quality leads for 10 years.
Their team is made up of experienced strategists, B2B marketers and business developers. They create distinctive, carefully curated engagement campaigns, designed to get prospects thinking about their challenges in exciting new ways, and placing our clients at the top of the list when they’re ready to act.
They have a simple test for our work. Is it distinctive? The right angle, landing at the right time, presented in a way that demands attention. Anything less is ordinary and expected. And prospects aren’t interested in either.
They are a fast-growing, young and energetic business, with a culture of having fun in and out of the office. They work really collaboratively across our teams – Strategy, Marketing & Communications, Campaigns, Business Development and Data & CRM. Company culture is very important to them and they invest in making sure everyone in the team enjoys their role and has a clear progression path within the business. The more you grow, the more the business can grow, so go-getters do really well there.
Hybrid Working: They work really closely together in multi-discipline teams internally, so it’s important to us that they spend time together and are able to be creative and collaborate in real life, not just over screens. This role is 3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week. The office days are fixed – Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
