Role Description:

  • Support the delivery of high-value real estate projects (including multi-million-pound developments) from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk management activities.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive effective project execution.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, procurement strategies, and tender documentation.
  • Monitor on-site progress and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project phases.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and external partners, flagging key issues or risks.
  • Contribute to project reporting, governance documentation, and post-project evaluations.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in real estate project management, ideally across both residential and commercial sectors.
  • Must have UK project management consultancy experience.
  • Strong foundation in quantity surveying, with progression into project delivery roles.
  • Familiarity with managing or supporting large-scale developments (including projects in the £10m+ range).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • Proficient in project reporting tools and basic financial tracking.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a wider project delivery team.
  • UK-based with full working rights and availability for site visits and meetings as needed.
