About the Role
Our client is a market leader in delivering advanced software solutions to the financial services sector, including FinTech firms, Investment Banks (Front and Middle Office), Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and other financial institutions. Their platform is trusted by Quants, HFT Traders, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Developers.
They are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join their North American team and help accelerate revenue growth. This role is ideal for a top-performing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell a comprehensive suite of solutions, including AI-driven products.
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders across financial institutions to understand business needs and drive the sales process.
- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close.
- Set the pace for performance by consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Apply value-based selling strategies to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Drive net new business through proactive outbound engagement across multiple channels.
- Partner with internal product and engineering teams, providing critical feedback to shape product strategy and roadmap.
- Share market insights and competitor intelligence to continuously refine positioning and messaging.
- Participate in thought leadership efforts to elevate brand visibility in the market.
Required Experience
- Deep understanding of financial institutions, particularly front and middle office workflows – with strong familiarity selling into Quants, Trading, Data, and Engineering teams.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally selling complex solutions to investment banks, hedge funds, or asset managers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles (3+ months), with a strong track record of sourcing, managing, and closing $1M+ deals.
- Proven success working independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, or Challenger.
