Join a fast-growing wound care division with a strong presence in both community and secondary care. Shape decisions through clinical engagement and strategic account management. Work for a UK leader in medical devices with a collaborative culture and clear paths for progression.

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join a growing wound care division, selling a full range of haemostats, advanced, and general wound care products into the NHS. This field-based role covers both community and secondary care settings and is focused on building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including Tissue Viability Nurses, Procurement Leads, Category Managers, and Theatre Teams.

You will be responsible for driving product adoption, securing formulary inclusions, and managing key accounts across your territory. The role requires a strategic and hands-on approach, blending clinical conversations with commercial insight to influence buying decisions and support product evaluations and implementations.

Our client is a UK-based medical solutions provider known for its innovation, service, and strong product portfolio. Since launching in the early 2000s, the business has become one of the NHS's top suppliers, distributing over 500,000 medical devices daily. The company has seen rapid growth through both organic success and acquisitions. With a blend of proprietary and distributed products, they operate in over 45 countries and are continuing to grow their European presence. The business promotes a collaborative and inclusive culture, underpinned by core values such as adaptability, innovation, and integrity. Internal progression is key to their ethos - over 90% of their leadership team has been promoted from within.

We're looking for candidates with a strong background in medical sales, ideally with experience in wound care. An understanding of NHS structures in dealing with procurement, experience with formulary processes, and confidence in engaging with stakeholders across primary, community, and secondary care. We will also consider B2B candidates with a commercial mindset who are new business-focused, confident in cold calling, and able to close effectively looking for an opportunity to break into medical sales. A full UK driving licence is essential. You must be a self-starter who can work independently while remaining a key contributor to the national team.

The Package:

  • Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 DOE (some flex for candidates with wound care experience)
  • Bonus: £22,000 annual bonus
  • Car Allowance: £625 per month
  • Benefits: 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, Christmas shutdown, and a healthcare cash plan
