Responsibilities:
- Creative Design & Artwork
- Produce polished, on-brand artwork for a variety of retail displays such as seasonal pads, gondolas, testers, and other merchandising elements.
- Modify existing creative assets to suit different store formats while ensuring brand consistency remains intact.
- Partner with marketing and brand teams to adapt international campaign visuals for local retail settings.
- Space Planning & Planograms
- Design, update and maintain precise planograms using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with category managers and trade marketing colleagues to maximise product placement, optimising sales and seasonal priorities.
- Ensure all layouts follow the company’s visual standards and align with strategic goals.
- Campaign Support & Implementation
- Assist with the rollout of seasonal promotions by delivering tailored visual solutions that tell a compelling brand story.
- Engage with stakeholders during briefing and concept stages to develop creative in-store displays.
- In-Store Execution & Guidelines
- Develop clear and comprehensive guidance documents to support store teams during rollouts.

- Project Coordination
- Manage multiple artwork and planogram projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and effective file organisation.

Requirements:
Essential
- Demonstrable experience in visual merchandising or artwork production, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, or premium retail sectors.
- Competent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Skilled in the use of planogram tools such as Nielsen Spaceman, JDA, or equivalents.
- Good understanding of retail display systems, shopper behaviour, and how to optimise product presentation.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent design and layout capabilities.
- Confident communicator able to work collaboratively across different teams and external partners.
- Creative flair combined with a practical, business-minded approach.
