Great CX Agency is seeking a fixed-term CX Strategy Director to join their busy team. This is a senior, autonomous role for a passionate individual who can build strong client relationships and drive fame for clients.

As a Strategy Director CX, you will be creatively focused and bring a deep understanding of customer experience, CRM, digital landscapes, and brand strategy. You'll know how to identify cultural tensions and create work that stands out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Development: Lead the development of CX strategies across customer journeys, translating research and data into actionable insights and strategic frameworks. You will present persuasive strategic recommendations and ensure work remains on strategy.
  • Client Relations: Partner with clients to understand their business goals, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. This is not a back-office role; you should thrive on presenting to clients and persuading them, comfortable in both strategic and creative conversations.
Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8-10 years of agency experience with a strong integrated background and meaningful experience in CX, especially eCRM.
  • The ability to navigate both macro and micro strategic thinking, from the overall brand effect of one-to-one customer communications to the details of messaging matrices and copy variants.
  • Experience with Salesforce systems and in the Travel/Holiday category is beneficial but not essential.
