Navigator is a high-performance digital consultancy built for scale, precision, and impact within the travel market. We partner with fast-growing brands alongside legacy brands to architect end-to-end growth strategies, with a focus on paid media excellence, performance tracking, and creative innovation towards travelers. We’re lean, fast-moving, and outcome-obsessed and we’re looking for a senior-level media buyer who’s ready to take the lead.
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing & Paid Media Manager who’s deeply experienced in Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display), and DV360. You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization across large-scale media budgets while leading a small, growing team of performance marketers. This is a key leadership role for someone who wants more than just performance marketing - you’ll help shape Navigator’s future while working directly with executive stakeholders and high-value clients.
Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, GDN, YouTube), and DV360.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns for enterprise and growth-stage clients with ROAS, CAC, and LTV goals.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members; establish QA processes and optimization frameworks.
- Develop media plans, test roadmaps, and creative briefs with precision and forward-thinking insights.
- Act as a strategic partner for clients—providing forecasting, reporting, and recommendations rooted in data.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate incrementality, attribution, and audience performance.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, privacy shifts, and tech integrations (e.g. CAPI, GA4, LTV modeling).
- Bring process and structure while remaining hands-on in platforms during critical campaigns or launches.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years in paid media roles with direct platform execution in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and DV360.
- Agency background managing multiple clients.
- Proven track record managing budgets in the $250K+ range/month, preferably across multiple verticals.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, MER) and attribution methodologies.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and obsessive about optimization, but with strong client-facing communication skills.
- Desire to lead, mentor, and build systems, not just run accounts.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment with ambitious goals.
Why Navigator
- Leadership Track: Help shape the media department and build a team under you.
- High-Level Clients: Work with elite brands in eCommerce, SaaS, and DTC.
- Strategic Depth: Go beyond ad ops, drive growth, brand lift, and business outcomes.
- Long-Term Incentives: Includes a significant bonus tied to performance and company milestones.
- Growth-Minded Culture: Flat structure, fast decision-making, and no micromanagement.
Navigator is for those A+ players who can still get into the weeds. If you're looking to lead the charge, not just follow playbooks, we’d love to talk.
