ABOUT THE ROLE
This is your chance to join a truly iconic Midland’s retail group. Due to ongoing company expansion, we now have an opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join my clients team.
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who are able to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines. Reporting into IT Senior Management, you will help support the administration of a large server and network estate. The ideal candidate will be someone with relevant experience in supporting mission-critical, enterprise IT systems.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
To be considered, candidates will offer a minimum of 4 years of IT Infrastructure Engineer commercial experience across some of the following:
- Comprehensive understanding and experience of a range of Microsoft platforms including Exchange Server, Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams and Windows Server operating systems.
- Experience of implementing and managing servers in a clustered VMware or Hyper-V virtualised environments.
In addition to the base salary of up-to £45,000 p.a. the benefits package includes:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1) Base salary on offer is c£45,000 p.a. plus you will receive an extra £375 per week for any on-call work [on-call rota 1 week every 2 months].
2) Due to the requirement of on-call availability, it is essential that you have access to your own transport, a full driving licence and live within a realistic commutable distance from my clients office in Leicester, East Midlands.
