Join a Leading Care Provider as a Training and Nurse Educator. Are you passionate about developing others and improving care standards? We’re looking for an experienced Training and Nurse Educator to join a well-established nursing home team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a managerial background in healthcare and a strong understanding of CQC compliance and adult social care training requirements.

As the Training and Nurse Educator, you will lead the design and delivery of training programmes for care and nursing staff, provide hands-on mentorship, and help ensure the home maintains outstanding care standards.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working in a managerial position within a healthcare or care home setting
  • Holds or has previously held an NMC PIN as a registered nurse
  • Background in training, mentoring, or clinical education
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, care standards, and safeguarding
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Willing to support flexible training delivery including weekends or evenings
