We’re working with a performance-led marketing and claims business, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to take the lead on growing our lead generation network. This isn’t your average affiliate role - we’re looking for someone who understands claims-based lead generation, and has strong relationships across data-driven providers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and managing a high-quality affiliate and lead partner network
- Reaching out to partners with relevant traffic and proven lead quality
- Negotiating commercial terms and ensuring consistent lead flow
- Collaborating with internal teams to align volume, budget and funnel needs
- Analysing performance to scale what works and cut what doesn’t
- Acting as the go-to for everything affiliate and partnership-related
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in affiliate or partnership roles, ideally in claims, lead gen, or digital marketing
- A strong network of lead providers or affiliate contacts (particularly in the claims space)
- Commercial savvy, confident communicator, and a proactive mindset
- Able to work independently and own your channel
