One of our clients is looking for a Dynamics CRM Architect/Lead Designer.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead architectural design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for banking operations including customer onboarding, loan origination, and relationship management processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and compliance officers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure technical solutions that meet banking regulatory standards.
- Design and configure custom entities, workflows, business process flows, and dashboards to optimize customer lifecycle management and sales processes.
- Develop integration strategies between Dynamics 365 and core banking systems, payment platforms, and third-party financial services applications using Azure Logic Apps and Power Platform.
- Ensure all CRM solutions comply with banking regulations including SOX, GDPR, BSA/AML requirements, and maintain robust data security and audit trails.
- Create technical documentation, solution architecture blueprints, and provide guidance to development teams on best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize system performance, data migration strategies, and implement disaster recovery protocols to ensure 99.9% uptime for critical banking operations.
- Mentor junior developers and administrators while staying current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, banking technology trends, and industry compliance changes.
