We offer a competitive salary of up to £48,500 a year with the expectation that an Assistant General Manager can:
- Own your shift – if the General Manager is off you can feel empowered to take the lead
- Understand what makes a service tick, and take steps to constantly improve how the team delivers
- Support the management team to deliver the goals for the site – keep driving the site to deliver

- Half of the leaders in sites, both General Managers and Head Chefs, have been promoted from within – we don’t just talk about it – we make sure it happens.
- With robust training plans already in place, our ‘Grow to Lead’ program develops our managers over 12 months to be ready for the next steps in their careers, as well as providing you with a Level 3 Leadership and Management Qualification as part of the course.
