I’m working on a search for a Principal Delivery Consultant/Senior Researcher for an Executive Search firm that operates in the GTM and Technology space. The firm works with early-stage, visionary start-ups and helps them take the leap to IPO or acquisition by building world-class GTM and technical functions. They are now the go-to team builders for several of Silicon Valley's most significant funds, as well as several emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.
Exciting clients they’ve been pivotal in growing include Dremio, Imply Data, Sprinklr, MongoDB, and many more. Base salary is up to £80k, and they also have a very competitive commission scheme. They operate a hybrid working policy with 2 days a week work from home.
The ideal background will be someone who’s very experienced in Delivery within Exec Search in the start-ups, fintechs or technology. This person will be someone who loves process, can manage both candidates and clients to a high level, and get deals across the line. You’ll be well educated, very literate, and an excellent communicator. Most of the work is retained, and the level of salaries you’ll be working on will range from £200k-£5m+.
