We're hiring: Digital Transformation / Sales Operations Manager

London (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

We’re looking for a Digital Transformation / Sales Operations Manager to join our Group Operations team. This is a strategic, hands-on role that will shape our tech ecosystem across multiple brands, drive automation and lead meaningful change that unlocks better ways of working.

What You’ll Do
  • Be a Trusted Business Partner: Embed yourself within Sales and the wider QXi group. Listen, challenge and co-create solutions that free consultants from manual admin, giving them more time to build trusted relationships.
  • Shape an Adaptable, AI-Enabled Ecosystem: Evaluate, design and refine a tech stack that works independently for each brand but also seamlessly across the group. Build in flexibility to adopt new AI capabilities and support an evolving operating model.
  • Own Change and Project Delivery: Lead and coordinate technology and process projects end-to-end - from scoping and vendor management to UAT and rollout. Translate business needs into clear requirements for developers and external partners.
  • Champion Automation and Smart Tools: Partner to identify, test and embed automation opportunities; including enhancing our tools to reduce repetitive tasks, increase productivity and give us a competitive edge.
  • Consult and Influence, Inside and Out: Stay plugged into staffing and technology trends. Act as a spokesperson for QXi’s digital transformation vision. Bring insights that keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Turn Data into Insight and Foresight: Build intuitive dashboards and reporting that translate data and AI insights into clear actions and opportunities for teams and leadership.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience (min 4 years) in business systems, technology enablement, or transformation within staffing, recruitment, talent solutions, or a related people-driven industry.
  • Curiosity and confidence when working with AI tools and strong grasp of how it’s reshaping the landscape. Experience with CRM/ATS platforms and marketing tech; automation exposure is essential.
  • Demonstrable project management skills - comfortable managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude - understand how systems integrate and data flows and can translate business requirements for developers.
  • Strong commercial and operational awareness - you know how technology and AI can unlock time, revenue, and better client and candidate experiences.
  • Analytical mindset - able to read data signals and drive decisions.
  • A fearless, consultative, and proactive approach - you challenge the status quo and build better ways of working.
