About Breezy

Breezy is a software and service business that powers affiliate program analytics, discovery and partner management for some of the world’s most influential brands — including Expedia, Miro, and IPVanish — by combining strategy, automation, and the world’s largest partner database (19M+ mapped relationships). We enable clients to scale affiliate programs with speed and precision through structured onboarding, AI-driven search, and proprietary ecosystem intelligence.

The Role

As Ecosystem & Discovery Strategy Manager, you’ll be responsible for one of Breezy’s most powerful delivery engines — the intersection of keyword discovery, ecosystem structuring, and lead generation. You’ll own the process of identifying, enriching, and delivering affiliate and content partners across verticals using AI, APIs, and structured workflows.

This is not a conventional SEO or marketing role. You’ll combine strategic thinking, prompt design, client alignment, and hands-on search execution to generate 300+ qualified leads monthly. Your work will directly shape how our clients find, recruit, and activate partners — and help scale a platform that blends human context with machine precision.

What You’ll Do

  • Ecosystem & Search Delivery
    • Plan, run, and optimize monthly keyword-based searches (~250 keywords per run), surfacing 1,000+ leads aligned to client goals.
    • Build structured input sets from onboarding workshops and translate Ideal Partner Profiles (IPPs) into executable discovery logic.
    • Inject client-specific variables into AI prompts (e.g. GPT-4o with research mode), parse CSV/JSON outputs, and refine results via follow-ups.
    • Validate search volumes using Google Keyword Planner and DataForSEO; apply volume thresholds, filter low-signal terms, and deduplicate lists.
  • Gap Analysis & Pipeline Expansion
    • Identify missing affiliate and content partners by analyzing ecosystem coverage gaps.
    • Prioritize and submit brand/partner gaps to Breezy’s internal scraping infrastructure.
    • Enrich client ecosystems through competitor mapping, signal clustering, and audience alignment.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Collaborate closely with Customer Success to interpret workshop inputs and guide ecosystem development.
    • Deliver results with commentary: what worked, what didn’t, and what needs iteration.
    • Share keyword outputs via Slack/email (with download links), initiate NPS surveys post-delivery, and escalate low scores for rerun if needed.
  • Workflow Ownership
    • Own Breezy’s keyword search infrastructure: prompt templates, batching logic, chunking heuristics, API workflows, and automation tools (e.g. n8n).
    • Configure and maintain all discovery tools: Breezy Platform modules, DataForSEO keys, Google Ads integrations.
    • Set up logging, error alerts, and quality monitors across the discovery pipeline.
    • Continuously improve SOPs, README docs, and maintain internal documentation across tools, tags, and workflows.
  • Documentation & Team Enablement
    • Document ecosystem creation logic, search best practices, prompt structures, QA rules, and volume validation techniques.
    • Train future hires and collaborators in delivering discovery outputs to Breezy’s standards of speed and precision.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • By Day 30
    • Get fully up to speed on 15+ client ecosystems and Breezy’s discovery pipeline.
    • Understand the logic behind Ideal Customer/Partner Profiles, scraping queues, and ecosystem structures.
    • Generate 300+ qualified, filtered, tagged leads across verticals.
  • By Day 60
    • Deliver 50 search runs per month using Breezy tools.
    • Document 1 major improvement to the Search pipeline (e.g. batching logic, tagging flow, filtering rule).
    • Generate 600+ qualified, filtered, tagged leads across verticals.
    • Draft SOPs or QA frameworks for ecosystem build-outs.
  • By Day 90
    • Confidently manage up to 75 search runs per month with minimal oversight.
    • Generate 900+ qualified, filtered, tagged leads across verticals.
    • Identify and document 2 major improvements to Breezy’s search infrastructure.
    • Build out and formalize Breezy’s Ecosystem creation & optimization process.
    • Contribute ecosystem expansion proposals based on scraping logic and client gaps.

You Might Be a Fit If You...

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in discovery, SEO, affiliate ops, or structured search delivery.
  • Are fluent in tools like Google Keyword Planner, n8n/Zapier, DataForSEO, and can work with structured outputs like CSV or JSON.
  • Know how to translate targeting briefs or customer profiles into clear search and tagging logic.
  • Are confident in using AI (e.g. GPT-4o) for structured research and prompt design.
  • Love systems-thinking and iterative improvement — tagging, filters, SOPs, enrichment, and QA.
  • Communicate clearly, and are comfortable explaining both logic and ambiguity to internal and client stakeholders.
