We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Travelling Secretary to provide seamless executive and personal support to a private High-Net-Worth Individual. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing complex itineraries, confidential communications, and multifaceted operations in a high-pressure, fast-moving global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics including flight bookings, visas, ground transportation, and accommodation across international destinations.
- Serve as the point of contact for daily scheduling, time management, and last-minute changes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all business and personal matters.
- Liaise with private staff (chauffeurs, chefs, estate managers, etc.) to ensure all arrangements are synchronized.
- Manage expense reports, billing reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping in collaboration with the family office.
- Prepare meeting briefs, summaries, and confidential correspondence.
