We're looking for a hands-on Focused Improvement Engineer to help drive performance across production lines. This is a factory-floor role, where you'll solve problems, improve machinery, and lead change.

What you'll do:

  • Lead improvement projects using A3 methodology
  • Work closely with Maintenance, Reliability, Projects, and Ops teams
  • Solve hands-on issues across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
  • Analyse production data to spot trends and opportunities
  • Support escalated issues and step in for the Engineering Manager when needed
  • Create useful guides and documentation for set-up and troubleshooting
  • Help boost safety, efficiency, and performance across the line

What we're looking for:

  • Engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3, BTEC, Apprenticeship, etc.)
  • Multi-skilled: mechanical, electrical, and basic PLC/control knowledge
