The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our Amazon and eBay accounts. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across our online marketplaces, driving sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on Amazon and eBay, ensuring accuracy and optimisation.
- Monitor and manage pricing strategies, stock levels, and promotional campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining excellent feedback ratings.
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align online sales with overall business goals.
- Stay up to date with marketplace policies and implement best practices to ensure compliance.
- Assist with broader e-commerce tasks as required to support the digital growth strategy.
