A fantastic and unique business with an international presence is looking for an experienced PA to support their CEO for an opportunity in their office based just outside of Loughborough (fully office based). This business offers fantastic benefits and an inclusive and close-knit working environment.

You must possess extensive existing PA experience within a commercial environment and be able to demonstrate skills in the following responsibilities:

  • Expert organisation of meetings including room bookings, travel arrangements, diary management and preparation of papers
  • Coordination of the businesses document system including all correspondence
  • Minute taking, and attendance at all relevant meetings
  • Ad hoc professional reception cover as well as telephone management
  • Varied marketing based administration including production and purchase of all corporate materials, adhering to marketing strategy and coordination of communications and meetings

You must be educated to A level or equivalent, possess an excellent work ethic, be proactive and forward thinking in your approach as well as have experience in all of the above listed tasks. This busy operation internationally and you will be based in their small corporate head office Monday to Friday. Ideally, you will be immediately available as they would consider a temp to perm offering.

Due to the location of this business, you should have access to your own form of transportation.
