Now we’re looking for a Conference Producer to join the team. The objective of this role is to create memorable, engaging and educational experiences for visitors to our events. We’re taking experience to a new level, using creative thinking and meaningful partnerships to transform our events from simple trade shows to festivals of retail.
As part of your job, you will be:
- Responsible for conducting research and analysis of key subject areas and trends to inform content, activations and experience programming, through research calls, desk research, research papers, show data and focus groups.
- Responsible for devising content plans, presenting to key stakeholders for feedback and sign-off.
- Responsible for producing the content across your allocated show features. AI support is encouraged however human editing is vital to ensure our programmes speak to our audiences and maintain brand tone of voice.
- Responsible for editorial speaker recruitment & onboarding across allocated features.
- Responsible for effective communication to marketing teams to ensure onsite activations are communicated to our audiences.
- Responsible for refining the programme online and ensuring it is visually pleasing and engaging.
- Responsible for working with operations teams to define and design onsite features.
- Onsite Delivery: managing meticulous onsite execution of content to exceptional standards, providing excellent customer service to speakers and attendees alike.
- Post-show, review the performance of each content element.
- Supporting project teams on research projects and concept ideation for event product development.
- Supporting the sales team on commercial partnership opportunities (sponsorship), creating bespoke solutions for partners.
- Supporting the Advisory Board meetings and using Advisory Board Labs to test concepts.
- Ensure strong communication and collaboration between the conference team, marketing and sales teams including regular meetings to review activity and put in place action plans where necessary.
