Dalkia is looking for a Hard Services Manager to join our team at Sizewell B on a permanent, full-time basis. This role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

As Hard Services Manager, you’ll lead the department and ensure the contract operates efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with EDF Energy requirements and nuclear health & safety standards.

What You’ll Deliver

  • Lead and manage the Hard Services department (HVAC, Fire & Electrical)
  • Coordinate and support your team to deliver excellent service
  • Oversee budgeting and financial performance
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and nuclear standards
  • Maintain strong communication with the end client
