The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive E-commerce Team Lead to oversee and optimise our Amazon and eBay operations while driving growth across our digital platforms. You will lead a small team, ensuring the smooth running of daily e-commerce activities and developing strategies to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the e-commerce team, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Amazon and eBay accounts, including product listings, pricing strategies, stock management, and compliance with marketplace policies.
- Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements.
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon and eBay to increase visibility and sales.
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries or issues, maintaining excellent feedback ratings.
- Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and alignment with promotional campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to keep Ideal 365 Ltd. at the forefront of online retail.
