Pharos Resource Partners are working exclusively with a prestigious investment management firm to find a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join their growing Investment Applications team. The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to lead key projects within the firm’s front-office and back-office systems , including a focus on Charles River IMS and other bespoke platforms. You’ll manage projects from gathering detailed requirements to user acceptance testing and go-live support . Additionally, you’ll mentor junior team members and drive excellence in project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and propose solutions for front-office and back-office applications . Document workflows, write business and functional requirements , and define test scenarios. Collaborate with Fund Managers, Operations teams, and Client Relationship Directors to deliver tailored solutions. Develop training materials and conduct system walkthroughs and demos for end-users. Maintain strong project governance and promote best practices in asset management systems. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Minimum of 5 years experience working on Charles River IMS Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Project Manager in asset management. Familiarity with front-office systems and direct engagement with Fund Managers and Dealers . Expertise in investment workflows and strong UAT (User Acceptance Testing) experience. Knowledge of investment products (e.g., Fixed Income, Derivatives, Money Markets ) and functional workflows. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders.
