The Role:
You'll play a key part in keeping operatives fully scheduled, jobs running smoothly, and customers well-informed. Using an electronic diary and scheduling system, you’ll be responsible for planning repairs and maintenance works across a range of trades – ensuring every appointment counts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage diaries for in-house trades, contractors, and surveyors
- Schedule repairs, follow-on works, and tenant appointments using digital systems
- Respond quickly to absences or emergencies with smart rescheduling
