Robert Half is looking for a Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology division in Bristol. In this role, you will connect top candidates with top companies, making a real impact every day. About the role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering tailored talent solutions while promoting our brand and full suite of services. You will drive growth through proactive business development - generating recruitment opportunities, expanding your professional network, and building a strong talent pipeline. On the candidate side, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial pre-screening, interviews and feedback to the finalisation of placements and aftercare. You will maintain and grow existing client relationships, gain a deep understanding of client needs, provide strategic recruitment advice, and manage the full hiring process: presenting profiles, arranging interviews, supporting the offer process and ensuring post-placement satisfaction.
