Job Overview: Join LKQ UK & Ireland as a Sales Advisor, where you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and expert product advice to our customers across multiple channels. In this fast-paced role, you’ll build strong relationships, drive sales, and help keep the UK and Ireland moving with the right automotive parts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers, being polite, patient and helpful from the moment they enter the branch.
  • Work on SOP system and handle customer transactions.
  • Working to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with business goals and objectives.
  • Working collaboratively with Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Technical Teams to maximise customer opportunities and deliver a customer first culture.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and stock management procedures.
  • Keep the branch clean, tidy, well presented and re-stocked.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with obtaining and maintaining customer relationships.

Skills and Experience:

  • A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service.
  • Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position.
  • Have an interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.
  • Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve.
  • Knowledge of SOP systems.
  • To be result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets.
