What you'll do:
- Keep communal areas, guest rooms, lounges, and dining spaces spotless and hazard-free.
- Carry out regular health and safety checks, including fire safety and COSHH compliance.
- Work independently while being responsive to residents' needs and requests.
- Support a safe and comfortable environment for older residents.
