In every restaurant, you'll find talented Shift Managers and you will be responsible for supporting the General and Assistant Managers to ensure that every shift is run to Five Guys standards and that every customer leaves the restaurant feeling better than when they arrived.
Our Shift Managers are there to demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction to the team and bringing our values to life for their team and our customers.
