Are you a Newly Qualified Primary ECT looking to start supply work in September 2025 but not sure you want a permanent role straight away? Why do Supply? It gives you the chance to work in several schools and get a feel for them before you take on a long-term or permanent role. Winner Education will be here to support you along the way until you feel ready to find a permanent role.

We are actively seeking enthusiastic ECTs for day-to-day supply across schools in Staffordshire. We're working closely with a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools in the Staffordshire area, who are willing to book eager ECTs for supply work starting in September 2025.
