We are hiring a Sales Manager for a leading EMEA-focused manufacturing business specialising in high-performance foam insulation solutions.

As the Sales Manager, you will manage, coach and mentor a small sales and account management team in developing and managing existing accounts and securing new business opportunities from lapsed customers. You will be responsible for delivering the sales target across the EMEA region focusing on best-in-class products widely used in pharmaceuticals, biotech, semiconductors, food and beverage, cosmetics, construction, and engineering.

You will assist in the development and implementation of the channel partner strategy and report on the performance of your regional sales revenue and development. Your role will be central in cultivating long-term relationships with strategic partners and customers, ensuring that the company's products continue to thrive in a competitive market.
