This is a full-time role for a Turkish speaking Private Client Solicitor (all levels of PQE welcome) located in our London City Office.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a varied caseload including wills, lasting powers of attorney, administration of estates, creation and termination of trusts and Court of Protection applications.
- Advise clients orally and in writing in both English and Turkish on all aspects of Private Client matters including personal taxation, offering tailored legal solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and good working relationships with other Turkish speaking solicitors in the firm.
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
- Fluent Turkish speaker.
- High standard of written Turkish.
- Proven track record in managing a varied caseload.
- Possess strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to case management.
- Has the ability to work independently.
- Be enthusiastic about business development and networking including amongst Turkish speakers to grow the department.
