Location: Videbæk

Salary: Starting from 41,760 DKK with access to flexible employee benefits that support your development, well-being, and daily life.

Contract: Fixed-term employment for 12 months, 37 hours per week. The position is a hybrid role, with physical presence at the workplace expected at least 2-3 times a week.

As an interim production planner at AB Neo, you will play a central role in ensuring efficient operations of our production planning processes. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the production plan, creating production orders, preparing picking lists, and monitoring stock levels for selected products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with planning experience who wants to contribute to a key function in a dynamic and evolving supply chain.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating the production plan and creating production orders
  • Preparing picking lists and ensuring appropriate stock levels for selected products
  • Ordering raw materials and managing labels for production
  • Following up on stock status, production queues, and shortage lists
  • Booking transport and assisting with logistical tasks
  • Monitoring and coordinating inventory and raw material needs to ensure a smooth production flow

Competencies and Experience

  • Minimum three to four years of documented experience in production planning – regardless of industry – with a clear understanding of planning processes and coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex production data accurately, including order creation, stock levels, and scheduling
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, as well as a solid understanding of ERP systems and general IT tools in production planning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with production, customer service, sales, and other stakeholders
  • A collaborative and socially competent approach that can balance needs across departments and ensure an efficient production process
  • Fluent in Danish and at least intermediate English skills to communicate across international teams
