Join Us as a People Data Specialist Where Insight Meets Impact. Are you passionate about turning data into powerful insights that drive strategic decisions? We are looking for a People Data Specialist to drive optimisation and deliver best-in-class people data, reports, and dashboards within our People Operations team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things people data - from maintaining data integrity and compliance, to producing high-quality reporting that supports business-critical decisions. You'll work closely with our People Data and Systems Lead to ensure our HRIS (Cascade) is accurate and efficient, support key operational cycles, and bring continuous improvement to how we manage and utilise data. As our new People Data Specialist, you will also:
- Be our expert for all people data management, reporting and analysis activity; generating new and ad hoc reports using systems, Excel and BI tools.
- Adapt data insights and storytelling techniques to communicate findings in a way that is accessible and meaningful to non-data audiences.
- Develop, own and manage the People data continuous improvement roadmap.
- Develop and manage the full suite of monthly and quarterly people metrics reporting.
- Develop and manage the People Dashboard (BI) to provide reports in visually engaging formats.
We are looking for:
- Experience working with the Cascade HRIS system as a systems admin expert.
- Significant experience working in a people data analytics role primarily focused on HR reporting.
- Advanced Excel (including vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, charts, slicers, dynamic fillers, etc).
