Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Project Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester.

What the job will be doing:

  • Identify trends in planned and reactive maintenance activities to inform decisions of most effective means of repair or replacement which will be developed into planned, cyclical, maintenance and disrepair activities.
  • Monitor activity of all contractors working on behalf of the HA.
  • Be allocated a portfolio based on your experience/skill set in areas such as disrepair/stock condition surveys etc.
  • Continuously work towards HA’s visions modelling its values and behaviours.

What you will need:

  • HND building studies (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge in health & safety relating to construction.
  • Building, maintenance and surveying experience.
