NonStop Care are working with an Outstanding Ofsted local authority, located in the Berkshire area, who are looking for an experienced practitioner to join their Family Finding service as an Assistant Team Manager, in a part time capacity. This opportunity allows you the chance to step into a management position in a part time capacity, meaning you will be able to create a fantastic work life balance.

Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the effective management of the Family Placement Team under the guidance of the Team Manager.
- Line Management responsibility for social workers, family workers, business support and publicity officers and recruitment officers.
- Ensuring timely completion of documentation, such as: Form F, SGO (Special Guardianship Order) and Form C assessments.
