Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage relationships with agents, distributors and key accounts.
  • Understand each customer's unique needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and maximise growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow the wholesale market.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market and industry insights.
  • Coordinate with agencies operating within relevant markets to develop targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations tailored to their market.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Analyse sales performance data, market feedback, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance, forecasts, and effective orderbook management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with international account management.
  • Ability to travel overseas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic planning and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Able to work from our Camden office, Monday-Thursday.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mid-level Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.
