Key responsibilities:
- Originate and execute M&A transactions across the financial services sector, including asset-light, wealth management, and payments.
- Lead deal execution from start to finish, including managing due diligence, valuation, financial modelling, preparation of marketing materials, and negotiation of transaction documents.
- Build and manage client relationships.
