We are seeking a skilled Network & Telephony Engineer with hands-on experience in networking, switch configuration, and telephony deployment - particularly with Microsoft Teams. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who can support customer tasks from configuring and deploying the network infrastructure & unified communication solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in networking and switch configuration (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, HP, etc.)
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN principles, routing, and switching
- Experience with Microsoft Teams telephony deployment and support
- Familiarity with SBCs (Session Border Controllers) and voice gateway configuration
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network switches and related infrastructure
- Deploy and configure telephony systems, with a focus on Microsoft Teams Voice
- Ensure smooth rollout of network and voice solutions
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues to minimise downtime
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
