I’ve partnered with a global digital services and solutions provider seeking an experienced Global Client Partner to spearhead and grow one of its most strategic accounts - HSBC. This is a high-impact, board-facing role for a visionary leader who can scale the HSBC account to 3-digit million-dollar revenue within 2–3 years. You’ll be part of a dynamic global leadership team driving strategic growth, digital transformation, and long-term value across the banking and financial services landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the global client relationship with HSBC, across markets and service lines.
- Drive multi-service digital transformation initiatives aligned with HSBC’s innovation agenda.
- Lead full P&L ownership with accountability for account performance, growth, and delivery.
- Develop and execute a 3-year growth strategy to elevate the account to $100M+ revenue.
- Collaborate closely with C-level stakeholders.
- Inspire and lead global delivery teams across consulting, technology, and managed services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing the HSBC account in a consulting or IT services environment - this is a mandatory requirement.
- Demonstrable success in managing a P&L of $100M+ with strong commercial acumen.
- Deep understanding of BFSI domain priorities, especially within global banking ecosystems.
- Outstanding stakeholder management, delivery governance, and strategic thinking.
- No active non-compete clause that would restrict engagement with HSBC.
