Jacket Foundations Supply Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in The United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise safety, working closely with the HSSE team and others across the project to ensure safety is prioritised by the project team and contractors.
  • Manage contractor in line with contract.
  • Develop and manage budget and commercial aspects of contractor's scope.
  • Review, understand and develop programme for delivery of jacket foundations / piles and manage contractors work and performance.
  • Ensure risks are managed in accordance with project procedures and in a way that ensures risks are minimised.
  • Work with change and variation management processes to minimise change and associated cost.
  • Support development of procurement strategy for package.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to support a strong basis for their management.
  • Write and review documentation for tender and contract award.
  • Help to develop package readiness for execution phase of project through input to package execution plan and other relevant documentation.
  • Work effectively with other packages and project teams to manage interfaces.
  • Work with design team to understand the jackets and pin piles design and its impact on fabrication.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing large-scale projects and delivery of large structures in a serial scheme, particularly in the energy or construction sectors.
  • Knowledge of procurement, logistics, and supply chain optimisation is an advantage.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors is desirable.
  • Familiarity with offshore wind technologies, jacket foundations, and industry regulations.
