Key Responsibilities:

  • Remain hands-on with system administration, scripting, and troubleshooting in complex, time-sensitive environments.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a STEM-related field.
  • 8+ years of commercial experience in Linux systems engineering/administration.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide and grow a technical team.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as Nutanix or VMware.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts, including multicasting.

Desirable Skills:

  • Ansible, Kubernetes, Nagios, GIT, and FIX Protocol experience.
