Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled WPF Expert with a deep understanding of UI performance optimization and troubleshooting in high-performance environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analyzing, profiling, and resolving performance bottlenecks in complex WPF applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve performance issues in WPF-based user interfaces.
  • Optimize rendering pipelines, data binding, and visual tree for responsive, low-latency UI.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and UI/UX teams to improve overall application performance.
  • Utilize tools like Visual Studio Profiler, WPF Performance Suite, and memory profilers for diagnostics.
  • Implement best practices in UI architecture and asynchronous programming.
  • Contribute to code reviews and performance-related documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with extensive hands-on expertise in WPF and XAML.
  • Deep understanding of MVVM architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with WPF, XAML, MVVM architecture.
  • Expertise in performance tuning and profiling WPF UIs.
  • Solid understanding of .NET (C#), multithreading, and memory management.
  • Familiarity with GPU/CPU rendering behaviors and UI virtualization techniques.
