This is a fulfilling role as it combines project management with hands-on gardening, ensuring that communal spaces are beautiful, safe, and enjoyable for their residents at their various retirement housing schemes. They are looking for someone who: Can develop, implement and manage garden improvements to enhance communal gardens. Will ensure the gardens are not only maintained but also enhanced while considering the needs and preferences of residents. Can plan and maintain garden projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. Has knowledge of and will adhere to health and safety regulations, making the gardens a secure environment for everyone. Understands the proper use and upkeep of gardening tools and materials, along with budget oversight. Can provide regular updates and reports on project progress and expenditure.
