Zedwell is a new kind of hotel — one designed for calm, clarity, and quality sleep in the heart of chaotic cities. We’re minimalist by design, with a focus on space efficiency, self-service technology, and brand values that support well-being and peace of mind. Our vision is strong, but our brand expression and guest communications haven’t kept up . As we scale from 4 to 15 hotels, we need a Brand Manager who can bring focus, clarity, and consistency to our brand — so guests understand who we are, feel what we stand for, and want to come back. Role Purpose The Brand Manager will define and maintain a unified brand identity for Zedwell across physical, digital, and experiential touchpoints. This person will own our tone of voice, visual identity, brand standards, and guest-facing communication — turning an under-explained minimalist concept into a desirable lifestyle experience. They’ll work closely with operations, marketing, design, and technology to ensure the Zedwell brand is clear, consistent, and scalable — across current properties and all new openings. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Identity & Standards Codify Zedwell’s brand guidelines: tone of voice, visual identity, language principles, and brand values. Train internal teams and external partners (designers, agencies, ops) on how to apply them. Maintain a living brand book and protect the brand from dilution as we grow. 2. Guest Communication & Messaging Audit and improve all customer-facing copy: website, booking confirmation, kiosk UI, in-room guides, FAQs, signage, and OTA descriptions. Ensure messaging is clear, warm, and aligned with the brand — turning minimalist service into a lifestyle choice, not a downgrade. 3. Brand Consistency Across Properties Conduct brand audits of existing hotels to spot gaps in signage, scent, visual presentation, uniforms, and tone of voice. Collaborate with Ops and Design teams to address inconsistencies and align physical environments with brand identity. 4. Creative Direction for Marketing Support the Commercial team and agencies by reviewing or writing creative briefs and ensuring all campaigns (PPC, OOH, social, brand films) stay on-brand. Curate and manage brand assets (image libraries, copy blocks, icons, tone samples). 5. Toolkits for Scale Create a scalable brand playbook for new hotel launches: templated signage, approved copy, lobby guides, visual cues, guest messaging templates. Ensure every new Zedwell opens with consistent brand expression from day one. What We\’re Looking For Experience 4–8 years in hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, or travel brands — preferably brand-side Brand Skills Fluent in tone of voice, storytelling, creative direction, copywriting, and visual consistency Guest Sensibility Understands guest experience and emotional decision-making in hospitality Executional Ability Can audit, fix, brief, write, and implement — not just theorise Collaborative Style Works seamlessly with Ops, Marketing, Product, and Design teams Bonus Experience launching or scaling a brand across multiple physical sites or regions What Success Looks Like in 6 Months Brand messaging across website, OTA, and kiosks is clear, warm, and aligned with Zedwell values. Guests stop commenting that they \”didn’t understand the concept.\” Every operational site has refreshed, consistent signage and messaging. The team is using a live, practical brand toolkit across marketing and property openings. Guest satisfaction scores improve for “clarity” and “expectation match.”
