Our client, a globally recognised leader in the media industry, is seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is critical to supporting and enhancing the organisation's external workforce program, ensuring smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support the full lifecycle of the contingent workforce program, including vendor management, contract administration, payroll coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the program delivers tangible value to the business, contributing to multiple change-driven projects.
  • Coordinate the ongoing pay management, workforce oversight, and compliance assurance with internal policies, employment regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of workforce performance metrics to optimise program outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in contingent workforce management, talent acquisition, human resources, or related fields—whether in MSP, in-house, or agency settings.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is essential.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding high compliance and service delivery standards.
